Non-Returnable Items:
- All food items sold are non-returnable if the package has been opened.
Returnable Items:
- If the product is still in its original packaging and has not been opened, it can be returned.
- The shipping cost for the return from the buyer to us will be borne by the customer.
- We will not charge a reshipment fee for returns within India.
- For returns outside of India, the courier charges for both sending and receiving will be borne by the buyer.
Refund Timeline:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Cancellation Policy:
